Murex Front Office Consultant
Description
Responsibilities: Perform reconciliation between Mx. 2 Vs Mx. 3.1 systems • Resolve daily FO issues on both functional, valuation, and pricing • Liaise with the technical team(s) to resolve FO related issues and necessary enhancements • Develop FO Business requirements per given stream and according to Project needs as they come along • Manage day-to-day assigned project tasks to complete various FO deliverables • Contribute and assist existing support group(s) in resolving requests or issues with P&L, Market Data, and booking issues • Develop test cases to troubleshoot the system, document defective use cases for fixes by developers. Mandatory Skills Description: 3+ years of experience in the Murex system in the front office of the Mx 3.1 platform • Proven experience of working on scalable, resilient transaction processing systems in the Financial markets • A strong analytical and logical approach to problem-solving and system development. • Good exposure of trade lifecycle across front office, back office and middle office tiers; Good knowledge of the Murex Front Office module Requirement Analysis in the Front Office space for various asset classes • Responsible for doing an initial analysis of existing production data and the existing test case suite • Ability to analyse and understand product requirements and offer solutions and support to facilitate the rollouts. • Work closely with Front Office business to design and build pricing and booking capabilities in the Murex system. • Murex upgrade-related report development & reconciliation experience.
