Job Summary Hope Ambulance seeks dedicated paramedics and medics to deliver safe and effective ambulance conveyance services across Singapore and cross-border. Join a leading emergency medical support team committed to saving lives and advancing emergency care. Responsibilities Deliver pre-hospital emergency care and ambulance conveyance services for road, air, and sea ambulance operations to ensure patient safety and timely medical intervention Operate independently under challenging and high-pressure situations while maintaining professional integrity and following established protocols Communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English to document patient care and coordinate with medical teams and emergency responders Maintain physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding ambulance duties and work irregular shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays Provide emergency medical assistance and coordinate with event organizers and medical teams during event medical coverage Pursue continuous professional development and career advancement opportunities within emergency services, including roles such as First Aid Trainer, media liaison, or Operations Team member Preferred competencies and qualifications Paramedic Level III / Level 3 Paramedicine Certification Higher NITEC in Paramedic & Emergency Care (ITE) UPEC-Accredited Paramedic Diploma with at least 3 years’ experience in pre-hospital emergency care OR Diploma in Nursing / Degree in Nursing with at least 2 years’ nursing experience Registered Nurse with A&E or ICU experience Multilingual abilities to enhance communication with diverse patient populations
