BFT Coaches (Part time)
Description
Body Fit Training provides group strength training programs built to provide positive outcomes for all fitness levels. Our progressive programming includes 13 different 50 minute class types that are led by 2-3 highly accredited coaches in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Responsibilities: • Identify, assess, review, execute & monitor a safe & effective training program to assist members in achieving their individual fitness goals • Educate & provide proper advice to members • Interact and provide good customer service to members and visitors • Monitor and ensure members' safe and effective use of equipment • Ensure equipment are kept up to standard for effective, safe and clean usage • Achieve monthly sales and service targets with the team • Ensure daily operational flow pertaining to club/gym SOPS and culture • Working closely with the Manager on a regular basis to ensure club/gym goals, requirements are met or up to standards Requirements: • Positive Attitude and Energy • At least one recognized personal training qualification (e.g. ACE, NCSF, NSCA, etc.) • CPR/AED & First Aid certified • 1-year Experience preferred Benefits: • Attractive Basic + High Commission Working hours: • Monday to Friday: Between 6am - 10pm • Saturday: 7:15am - 1pm Job Types: Permanent Part-time / Internship Expected hours: At least 10hours per week Schedule: Experience: • Personal Training: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: • Personal Training Certificate (Preferred)
