NuSmart HRMS Consultant
Description
ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a results-driven Nusmart HRMS Consultant with a dual mandate: deep functional expertise in the Nusmart HCM platform and the project management discipline to lead end-to-end client implementations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients from discovery through go-live, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standard. You will work closely with HR leaders, payroll teams, and IT stakeholders across mid-market and enterprise organisations in Singapore and the broader APAC region. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES A. B. Project Management • Own end-to-end project delivery lifecycle from kick-off through hypercare exit, following the firm's implementation methodology (Agile-waterfall hybrid). • Build and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and status dashboards; chair weekly steering committee calls with client project sponsors. • Manage scope, schedule, and budget — proactively flagging risks and negotiating change requests with clients. • Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including technical developers, data migration specialists, and third-party vendors. • Prepare and present project status reports, go/no-go assessments, and post-implementation reviews to senior stakeholders. • Maintain project documentation in the firm's project management tool and ensure knowledge transfer to the client's internal team at closure. • Track project financials, ensure milestone billing triggers are met, and escalate budget variances in a timely manner. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Essential • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline. • Minimum 4 years of hands-on HRMS/HCM implementation experience; prior experience with Nusmart HRMS is strongly preferred. • Demonstrable project management track record — having led at least 3 full-cycle HRMS implementations from r
