Name of Authority: Radin Mas Primary School Contract Period: From 20 April 2026 to 19 April 2027 and Option Year from 20 April 2027 to 19 April 2028. Personnel to be deployed at the following hours: • Mondays: 8am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break • Tuesdays to Fridays: 8.00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 30mins lunch break • Service not require on Saturdays, Sundays and gazette public holidays Job Scopes: Handle front counter duties Attend to phone, parents, students, and public enquiries Take and submit daily attendance reports (students & staff) Support the daily operations of the General Office Receive goods, arrange storage, and notify relevant staff Perform general admin tasks: Data entry Filing Printing Data collation Provide basic first aid support to students Perform any other duties assigned by school leaders Requirements: The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience: • Minimum GCE “N” Level • Good communication and inter-personal skills • Proficient in MS Office; Microsoft Word and Excel • Fluent in English; ability to speak another language is preferred for communication purpose • Ability to multi-task XXXX XXXX a range of admin duties • Relevant work experience in general administration and customer service preferred. • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in school environment Maxhunt Resource Pte Ltd | EA Licence: 22C1322 XXXX XXXX | Registration No: R25146301
