Associate Recruitment Officer (Blue-Collar Recruitment) This role is open to SingaporeCitizens and Permanent Residents (PR) only. Certification Required: CEI (KAH) Location: Singapore Role Overview The Associate Recruitment Officer supports the Employment Agency’s blue-collar recruitment operations. This role is suitable for individuals early in their recruitment career who are keen to learn end-to-end recruitment, sales, and work permit processing for sectors such as construction workers and domestic helpers. Key Responsibilities ·      Support blue-collar recruitment activities, including sourcing and placement of workers such as construction workers and domestic helpers. ·      Conduct sales and marketing activities to engage employing companies and individual employers. ·      Enter into contractual agreements with employing companies and employers under guidance. ·      Manage work permit applications and all necessary follow-ups until workers are successfully handed over to employing companies. ·      Coordinate closely with internal team members to ensure smooth recruitment and deployment processes. ·      Maintain timely and professional communication with employers, workers, and internal stakeholders. Requirements ·      CEI (KAH) certification is mandatory with 0 to 1 year of experience in blue-collar recruitment (e.g.construction workers, domestic helpers) is preferred. ·      Comfortable communicating in the necessary languages to engage employing companies and workers. ·      Strong willingness to conduct sales, recruitment, and work permit processes. ·      Positive attitude with a Never-Say-Die mindset. ·      Able to communicate clearly, internally and externally, and respond promptly. ·      Comfortable in remote or WFH work arrangements ·      Comfortable in arrangements of flexible earnings; close more deals = earn more!
