Associate Manager (Recruitment for Blue-Collar workforce)

Associate Recruitment Manager (Blue-Collar Recruitment) This role is open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (PR) only. Certification Required: CEI (KAH) Location: Singapore Role Overview The Associate Recruitment Manager plays a leadership role within Employment Agency’s blue-collar recruitment operations.This role is designed for experienced recruiters who demonstrate leadership potential and are on a structured path towards becoming a full partner. Key Responsibilities ·      Lead and manage blue-collar recruitment activities, including construction workers and domestic helpers. ·      Conduct sales and marketing activities and guide the sales team in achieving recruitment and revenue targets. ·      Enter into contractual agreements with employing companies and employers. ·      Provide guidance and oversight on work permit applications and follow-ups until workers are properly handed over. ·      Mentor, guide, and work closely with junior recruitment team members. ·      Ensure effective internal communication and alignment across the team. Requirements ·      CEI (KAH) certification is mandatory, with at least 1 year of experience in blue-collar recruitment (e.g.construction workers, domestic helpers). ·      Knowledgeable and experienced in work permit applications and end-to-end follow-up processes. ·      Comfortable communicating inthe necessary languages to engage employing companies and workers. ·      Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to guide and support team members. ·      Positive attitude, resilience, and a Never-Say-Die mindset. ·      Strong internal communication skills and ability to respond promptly. ·      Comfortable in remote or WFH work arrangements ·      Comfortable in arrangements of flexible earnings; close more deals = earn more!
