About the Role: Join a global creative team in a leading global technology company as a Program Manager, where you’ll lead the delivery of large‑scale, integrated marketing campaigns across international priority markets. You’ll collaborate with regional and EMEA‑based teams, partner with creative agencies, and drive measurable business impact through strategic program execution. This role is ideal for agency leaders who thrive in complex, high‑visibility environments and balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead end‑to‑end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across live action, digital, and animation. Act as the primary point of contact for partner creative agencies. Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities. Develop project scopes, timelines, and resource plans aligned to go‑to‑market strategies. Ensure campaigns are delivered on brief, on time, and with strong creative and technical execution. Proactively identify risks, escalate appropriately, and drive effective solutions. Contribute to strategic planning, prioritization, and creative innovation initiatives. Collaborate cross‑functionally with creative leadership, media, research, planning, and analytics teams. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in Account Management within Creative and/or Digital Advertising Agencies. Proven track record leading multi‑dimensional, integrated advertising campaigns. Experience planning and executing large‑scale campaigns across live action, digital, and animation. Strong cross‑functional collaboration experience (media, research, planning, analytics). Background in global and regional transcreation. This role will require knowledge of the Indonesian media and creative landscape. Bahasa Indonesia Language skills are needed as you’ll be speaking with local agency partners in Indonesia, providing marketing campaigns solutions.
