Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 / Microsoft Business Applications implementations. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in solution architecture, implementation governance, stakeholder management, and large-scale transformation delivery across complex, multi-geo environments. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, helping clients shape and implement end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics solutions across areas such as sales, customer service, marketing, onboarding, relationship management, and business process transformation. This role requires a strong balance of functional knowledge, technical architecture capability, program delivery leadership, and consulting presence. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft Business Applications solutions. • Define solution vision, architecture, and implementation roadmaps aligned to client business objectives. • Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and supportable solution designs. • Drive solution design across modules such as: o Dynamics 365 Sales o Dynamics 365 Customer Service o Dynamics 365 Marketing / Customer Insights o Customer onboarding workflows o Relationship manager workbench / CRM platforms • Provide architecture oversight for integrations, data migration, security model design, environments, and deployment strategy. • Lead complex implementation programs across multi-country / multi-geo delivery environments. • Manage solution governance to ensure projects are delivered within budget, timeline, scope, and quality expectations. • Partner with project managers, functional consultants, developers, and client leadership to resolve design and delivery challenges. • Act as a trusted advisor to financial services or enterprise clients on business transformation through digital platforms. • Support pre-sales, solution estimation, workshops, and proposal development where required. • Mentor delivery teams and help build high-performing consulting and architecture capability. • Ensure adoption of best practices in solution architecture, technical delivery management, and transformation execution. • Identify risks, dependencies, and implementation issues early, and drive mitigation plans proactively. • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation using the latest Microsoft technologies and implementation practices. Required Experience • 12+ years of experience in CRM / enterprise applications delivery, with strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations. • Proven experience leading end-to-end Dynamics system implementation programs in enterprise environments. • Strong background in solution architecture and technical delivery leadership. • Experience managing large, co
