JOB SUMMARY: Perform avariety of repair and technical tasks, including repair, modification,calibration, troubleshooting, testing, high-precision soldering, and rework ofelectronic components used in In-Flight Entertainment & Connectivity (IFEC)systems, to ensure repair shop quality standards and industry compliance aremet. This role involves working on printed circuit boards (PCBs), includingsurface-mount technology (SMT), through-hole soldering, and fine-pitch handsoldering, while identifying soldering defects, troubleshooting issues, andcarrying out necessary rework or repairs. This position requires a minimum of 3years of IPC-certified soldering experience and a strong understanding ofelectronic components and repair processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform the set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies. Perform proper repairs and/or modifications of all aircraft electronics equipment and some test equipment at board level and component level. Perform hand set-ups for digital tests.
