Job Overview The Engagement & Membership Executive plays a key role in growing and strengthening the CaringSG caregiver community. This role focuses on developing partnerships, expanding membership engagement, and planning programmes and events that provide caregivers with opportunities to connect, access resources, and find support. We are looking for someone who has a strong interest in contributing to the social service sector and working in a mission-driven non-profit organisation. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen engagement within the CaringSG caregiver community.
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with organisations, community groups, and corporates to create meaningful programmes and opportunities for caregivers.
- Plan and execute engagement, outreach, and respite events to provide caregivers with accessible touchpoints for support, connection, and information.
- Manage end-to-end event operations, including logistics, volunteer coordination, and on-site facilitation to ensure safe and smooth programme delivery.
- Coordinate event communications across pre-event promotion, on-the-day engagement, and post-event follow-ups to maximise participation and satisfaction.
- Manage and grow CaringSG’s membership base, including onboarding and engagement initiatives.
- Maintain membership records and track member participation and engagement.
- Work closely with internal teams and partners to co-create programmes that support caregiver well-being.
- Gather feedback from members and participants to improve programmes and engagement efforts. Requirements · Diploma or Degree in any discipline. · Demonstrated experience in planning or supporting events, community activities, or programmes. · Strong interest in working in a non-profit or social impact organisation and supporting caregivers and families. · Good interpersonal, networking, and partnership-building skills. · Strong organisational and coordination abilities with attention to detail. · Able to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and collaboratively. · Comfortable engaging with diverse communities and stakeholders.
