We’re Hiring: IT Governance and Compliance Specialist Strengthen enterprise‑wide IT governance, policy enforcement, and compliance readiness across mission‑critical systems. This 24‑month role offers the opportunity to uplift organizational IT controls, streamline compliance workflows, and support long‑term governance transformation initiatives. Job Highlights Role Name: IT Governance and Compliance Specialist Contract Duration: 24 Months Work Location(s):169 Bukit Merah Central, Singapore 150167 Salary: Up to SGD 7,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + Loyalty Bonus 🧩 Key Responsibilities IT Governance, Policy Compliance & Controls Assessment Conduct comprehensive IT governance and compliance assessments across applications, systems, and infrastructure. Identify gaps in IT controls, governance frameworks, and organisational policy adherence. Develop remediation plans , track progress, and ensure timely closure of identified issues. Risk Management & Controls Evaluation Perform IT risk assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls. Analyse findings, recommend corrective actions, and work with stakeholders on risk mitigation. Prepare governance documentation, compliance reports, policy updates, and management summaries. Stakeholder Collaboration & Process Improvement Collaborate with IT Sustainment teams, PMTs , and cross-functional units to implement compliance initiatives. Provide guidance on organisational IT policies, IT processes, and compliance requirements. Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance IT governance frameworks and audit readiness. Monitoring, Reporting & Governance Support Monitor compliance status and remediation progress across departments. Provide regular updates, dashboards, and reporting to leadership. Support any other IT governance or compliance-related tasks assigned by the team or PC Lead. ✅ Who We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in IT governance, IT compliance, or IT risk management. Strong knowledge of IT controls, compliance frameworks , and organisational policy requirements. Experience conducting IT control assessments and developing remediation plans. Good understanding of IT processes, infrastructure, and governance standards. Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
