Main requirements

For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

  • Master’s degree level in Computer Science or related HR or management areas;
  • Minimum 2/3 years experience in working with SAP;
  • Proven experience in SAP HCM projects (development, quality assurance, and support);
  • Project Manager skilful (end-to-end experience of the project lifecycle);
  • Functional and Technical knowledgeable in SAP Payroll;
  • Legal knowledgeable of Labour Law in Portugal;
  • ABAP Programming and/or Outsystems proficiencyis a plus;
  • Spoken, written, presentation and communications skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Availability for a hybrid work model, 2 times a week in the Lisbon office (requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit).

Nice to have

  • ABAP Programming and/or Outsystems proficiency
