Project Manager -NEC Security systems/CDM, London hybrid, Mkt rates

Project Management NEC-Security Systems Infrastructure for our Strategic Government client to support Building infrastructure and security projects. HYBRID- 2 days a week onsite, London Rate- Market rates Inside IR35 Minimum degree or qualificationie Project Management, Engineering and/or evidenced - Desirable - Member of a professional body, ie ChPP, CEng, MCIBSE, MRICS, MCIOB. Essential - demonstrable experience working with NEC suites of contracts Desirable - NEC Accredited Project Manager Desirable - Foundation Level in contract management (Government Commercial College) for contract managers. Experience Required Evidenced knowledge of current and recently updated legislation relevant to project delivery, including, but not limited to Building Safety Act 2022, Construction (Design Management) Regulations 2015 and Building Regulations 2010 Evidenced experience of delivering security systems projects and familiarity with NPSA (formerly CPNI) requirements, best practice, and relevant legislation. This should include, but is not limited to projects relating to data connectivity solutions and broader connectivity requirements, network and connectivity infrastructure requirements Installation of new technology across multiple locations Compliance with cyber security requirements reviewing functionality and capability of systems Hardware installations including CCTV, AACS and Security System upgrades Software upgrade reviews and pilot testing Knowledge of systems accreditation Evidenced experience of managing high value (>£50m) projects within occupied heritage/listed buildings demonstrating substantial knowledge all forms of construction and building services infrastructure, and relevant technical and statutory standards. Demonstrable leadership experience in the management of teams and stakeholders. Evidenced experience of successful project handovers including management of testing, commissioning and witnessing and production of project handover information.
