WHAT ARE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES participate in the formulation and/or preparation of the trading strategy for the assigned country and related strategic, annual and Rofo plans from a finance and control perspective, in cooperation with business leadership formulate/participate in the formulation of finance and control policies and/or procedures, and - after approval - ensure its execution in line with cluster finance strategy plan, coordinate, execute and monitor the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and control cycle within the assigned country ensure preparation, explanation and follow-up on management reports, in line with local requirements advise, challenge and act as a business partner towards management within the country on issues and decisions with a financial implication (e.g. investments, trading strategy) leading team of Commercial Controller and Commercial Analyst EXPECTATIONS FROM THE CANDIDATE masters business degree or professional accountancy qualification 5-10 years of experience in an FP&A, business partnering role. Ability to partner finance and non-finance stakeholders clear and credible communicator
