We’re growing in Germany and the Czech Republic and we’re hiring an AI-first Finance Ops Lead to set up our financial ecosystem and give us real-time clarity on every euro. 🛠️ What would you do? (Build → Maintain) ✔️ Build controls & automation: Implement approval flows (expenses, vendor bills), automate bank payment runs and standardize reconciliations. ✔️ Partner with Ops & Tech: Work with our tech team to wire finance into our ERP and internal tools (approvals, fleet/housing, advances, dashboards). ✔️ Leverage agents over headcount to scale operations. ✔️ Own all outsourced finance (DE & CZ): Be the single point of contact for payroll, bookkeeping and tax advisors. ✔️ Reporting & forecasting: Deliver a monthly pack (P&L, cashflow, AR/AP, client/site profitability). ✔️ Payment governance: Run a precise payment calendar, keep vendor master data clean, and ensure every non-payroll spend is pre-approved with an audit trail. ✔️ Lead a small team: You’ll have 1 administrative assistant -  you own outcomes, delegate execution smartly. 🤹 What do we need from you? 👨‍💼 Proven experience  in controlling / finance operations with hands-on ownership. 📊 Advanced Sheets, comfort with BI (Power BI/Looker/Tableau...). 🔧 Process thinker who documents, standardizes and automates. 🤝 Confident communicator with accountants, payroll, and tax advisors. 🧠 AI-friendly, tool-savvy (e.g., approval/workflow tools, OCR). 🗣️ Excellent English .
