Locum Key Responsibilities Assess and diagnose patients' physical conditions and movement limitations. Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans. Use techniques such as exercise therapy, manual therapy, and electrotherapy. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment accordingly. Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, and recovery strategies. Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation. Provide patient-centered care ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity. Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements. Stay updated on physiotherapy practices and advancements. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent. Valid Registration with the Botswana Health Professions Council (BHPC). Minimum of three to five (3-5) years post qualification experience.
