Legal and Compliance Officer (3 Year Contract)

Role Purpose: To ensure that all corporate processes and procedure comply with the law and assist in developing and monitoring Compliance programs. Key Responsibilities Contract Management Stakeholder management Legal risk management Research and Legal opinions Company Compliance Universe Management Regulatory Compliance Management Governance Requirements Minimum of Bachelor's degree in law, from a recognized University.
