CLERICAL SUPERVISOR – Tsabong District Council

Tsabong District Council is seeking to appoint a candidate to the post involving clerical supervision and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Receives, screens, and directs clients to relevant offices. Types letter, savinggrams, reports and minutes within set standards. Manages performance of supervisees. Retrieves and processes data to produce required information and reports. Supervises junior staff assigned to divisions/units/section/stations within a Ministry/ Extra Ministerial Department (Where applicable according to the current establishment). Undertakes any other related duties as directed by management.
