The Graduate Development Programme is a 24-month programme designed to grow the skills of young graduates through hands-on experience across CEDA business units, featuring real development finance work and support. Our Graduate Trainees benefit from CEDA's solid business experience built over many years of exceptional Development Financing. Key Responsibilities Structured rotation across CEDA business units Exposure to development finance work and how CEDA supports business growth in Botswana Learning, coaching, and practical experience that builds confidence and competence Eligibility for full-time employment with CEDA upon successful completion Requirements General: Youth who graduated in the last 2 years. Education: A minimum of a Bachelors degree in any of the following fields of study: Finance & Banking Management Information Analysis / Business Intelligence Hospitality Management Property Development Business Development Academic Performance: Candidates should have graduated with a 2.2 / GPA 3.0 or higher.
