Introduction The Graduate Placement Programme gives ambitious and qualified graduates a chance to gain real work experience, sharpen critical skills and learn from industry experts in the fast-paced Retail and Wholesale sector. Job description The National Empowerment Fund (NEF) has collaborated with the Wholesale and Retail Sector Education and Training Authority (W&RSETA) to support graduate placement programmes across the country. We are looking for unemployed graduates to join the Graduate Programme on a 12 months growth journey. Successful graduates will be based in the following provinces: KwaZulu Natal Mpumalanga Free State - QwaQwa and Bloemfontein Gauteng Limpopo Western Cape Minimum requirements Qualifications We are looking for graduates who have completed a diploma or degree in any of the following fields: Business Management Marketing Management Financial Management Human Resource Management Supply Chain Management / Logistics Retail Business Management Wholesale and Retail Operations Public Management / Public Administration Office Administration Entrepreneurship Other relevant qualification Additional Requirements: Must be currently unemployed and not registered in any learnership or graduate programme No prior work experience is required Must be a South African citizen Computer Literacy Personal Attributes / Behavioural Competencies A strong willingness to learn and grow professionally Good verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail The ability to work collaboratively in a team Professionalism, accountability, and a positive attitude
