Key Focus Areas / Role Purpose:
- Growth built on a solid understanding of our customer-base and market potential for our product offering, as well as strong territory, fleet and sales management to grow market share and increase consolidated profitability in Botswana.
- Developing a highly structured CE (Capital Equipment) / DSD (Digital Solutions) / ES (Electrification Solutions), including:
- Development of the "Use of Products" business, build a customer focused department, considered by our customers to be the best in the industry, aimed at implementing best in class technical support and profitable contracts.
- Developing a solid profitable revenue stream from service, parts and consumable sales. Key Responsibilities Growth built on a solid understanding of our customer-base and market potential for our product offering, as well as strong territory, fleet and sales management to grow market share and increase consolidated profitability in Botswana. Developing a highly structured CE (Capital Equipment) / DSD (Digital Solutions) / ES (Electrification Solutions), including: Development of the "Use of Products" business, build a customer focused department, considered by our customers to be the best in the industry, aimed at implementing best in class technical support and profitable contracts. Developing a solid profitable revenue stream from service, parts and consumable sales. Profitability based on good price management and functional cost efficiencies and operational excellence including; Ensuring that we have an active local pricing strategy that guarantees competitiveness of our offer and increases our profitability. Cross border pricing are aligned with South Africa. Global Strategic Customer pricing strategy is implemented. Fostering a high performing department, being the employer of choice with innovative and efficient people processes, where people flourish in our culture and there is a strong talent pipeline, including; Being a role model and visible ambassador for our business values and code of conduct. Implementing clear strategies, targets and action plans in line with country goals, with tangible and measurable results with structured follow up on progress. Implement KPIs to clearly see trends and support a proactive way of working. Ensure lean and agile CE/DSD/EES development, fully aligned with strategic priorities. Train and develop your team to achieve superior CE, DSD and EES sales offering. Ensure that you mentor and coach the team in your responsibility to drive profitability and employee engagement in their units. Achieve minimum 95% appraisal rating/annum in your department. Collaborating with the other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction, including; Building long term customer relations, partnerships, with key clients.
