Salary on appointment will be £48,822 per annum (pro rata), with an annual increment up to £56,535 per annum (pro rata).
Norwich Business School is entering an exciting period of growth as we progress toward Triple Crown Accreditation, and we are seeking a Senior Business Performance and Operations Manager who can contribute to the School’s evolution.
This role is ideal for a motivated leader with strong operational and people leadership experience who is looking for a position that will stretch, challenge, and elevate their capabilities.
You will play a key role in shaping how the Business School develops. You will work in strategic partnership with the Head of School and Senior Leadership Team, leading operational priorities and informing the School’s direction with expert professional insight. Your leadership will be central to strengthening the student experience, improving our ways of working, and building the operational foundations needed for sustainable growth.

In this pivotal role, you will empower colleagues, nurture a collaborative and inclusive culture, and guide our Faculty Professional Services Team to deliver high-quality support. Your impact will be evident in creating a working environment where staff feel supported, valued, and motivated.
Working alongside the Director of FPS Operations, you will contribute to strategic business partnering and continuous improvement across the Faculty Professional Service. This may include leading targeted improvement initiatives, redeg processes to better meet School needs, and supporting approaches that enhance capacity and resilience. You will also have opportunities to deputise, broadening your strategic exposure and leadership experience.
