You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Miele Nordic’s customer engagement strategy across CRM, the Miele App, and digital connectivity touchpoints.
This is a new people lead role, with 1 direct report, designed to elevate our owned media footprint and ensure we build meaningful, data-driven and loyal customer relationships across all Nordic markets.
