For one of our clients, an international humanitarian organisatiion based here in Geneva, we are looking for a :

Business Analyst CRM H/F

For a temporary position starting ASAP at 100%

Business Analyst CRM

ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION

Performing process modeling activities.

Deg and specifying the data model.

Defining and documenting business requirements specifications.

Testing the new CRM system.

Facilitating workshops with BPOs, SMEs, and key users, including preparation and follow-up.

Implementing new ways of working together with the business by creating training materials, delivering trainings, and contributing to communications.

REQUIRED PROFILE

Holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or economics.

Bringing 6–9 years of overall professional experience.

Demonstrating at least five years of experience as a business consultant, process manager, business analyst, or internal auditor.

Applying strong knowledge of business processes and data models, with a focus on sales and marketing,contract management, and finance.

Demonstrating excellent system knowledge, including CRM and ERP systems, BI tools, and advanced Microsoft Office skills (particularly PowerPoint and Excel).

Using process modeling tools effectively (, Visio or similar).
