Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with other teams, such as ACQ, CRM, VIP, and customer service, to ensure that the CRM system is being used effectively and to identify areas for improvement.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer data and interactions.
- Helping to implement new sales and marketing campaigns by developing segmented lists of target customers and tracking their engagement.
- Review and analyze the performance of the marketing units.
- Develop advanced optimization plans for ACQ/retention campaigns.
- Monitor closely performance of the business.
- Proactive attitude towards continuous business optimization.
Requirements:
- Experience with ACQ, CRM and VIP business units.
- Ability to take large amounts of data and distill it into actionable insights.
- Online Gaming experience MUST,Âstrong understanding of gambling sector
- Strong Excel knowledge MUST
- SQL Knowledge
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- The ability to think critically, in order to question assumptions and come to unbiased conclusions.
- The ability to communicate complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, in order to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- The ability to listen to customers and understand their needs in order to develop relevant solutions
