Trust Officer
A highly respected, international fiduciary services firm in Geneva is offering a rare opportunity to join a close-knit, low-turnover office known for discretion, integrity, and high-quality client service. The team manages a carefully curated portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth families, delivering bespoke trust and corporate solutions across multiple international structures. This is not a high-volume operation. Instead, it's a thoughtful, relationship-driven environment where quality matters above all. The office prides itself on a collaborative culture and structured mentoring that ensures team members are supported while taking full ownership of their complex client portfolios.
Trust Officer
Joiing a busy, well-established and leading small office, this role is perfect for a Trust Officer ready to step into a sophisticated, low-volume client base and run their own book from day one. You will manage complex, multi-entity structures for a small number of principal families, taking responsibility for both trust administration and ongoing client relationships, from A-Z. You will operate with autonomy but within a supportive framework, partnered with a Senior Trust Officer for coverage and guidance, alongside a junior team member.
Key responsibilities include:
Full administration of complex trust and corporate structures
Preparation of trustee and board resolutions, minutes, deeds of appointment, and powers of attorney
Managing client relationships with a long-term fiduciary mindset
Liaising with investment advisors and banking partners regarding client structures
Oversight of financial statements, annual, and investment reviews
Active participation in risk management, including KYC/AML compliance
Monitoring fees, invoicing, and receivables
Accurate record-keeping and document filing
This is a role for someone who thrives on depth rather than volume and who wants to work in a stable, professional environment where collaboration and discretion are the norm.
Bachelor's in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
STEP qualified (essential)
5+ years' experience in trust, legal or fiduciary services
Confirmed experience with complex, multi-entity client structures
A technically strong, collaborative team player who is grounded and personable
You thrive in a culture that prioritises long-term relationships
Fluent English; French or Spanish advantageous but not required
Swiss residency preferred, although cross-border works will be considered
This is a rare chance to consolidate your career in a stable, high-quality environment. You will inherit a sophisticated client base, work alongside experienced colleagues in a supportive, structured team, and operate in a culture that values integrity, discretion, and professional excellence. With low staff turnover and a genuinely collaborative office environment, this client and role offer an ideal opportunity for a Trust Officer seeking to move away from transactional, high-volume work and focus on meaningful, long-term client relationships, while still enjoying a challenging and stimulating career. This full-time role offers flexible working, including one day per week from home. jpidcf23e51cv jpit0313cv jpiy26cv
