Our client is an established international financial services group.

Description

Providing expert advice on matters related to data protection, ensuring compliance with

, Swiss and UK data regulations;

Performing analyses on topics pertaining to data regulations in other regions, with support from the Manager;

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating data protection clauses in contracts, agreements

Reviewing and drafting Data protection related policies;

Staying abreast of developments in data protection laws and regulations, and communicate changes effectively within the organisation;

Conducting thorough assessments of data processing activities and advise on risk mitigation strategies.

Profile

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Protection specialist or Legal Counsel with a strong focus on data protection;

In-depth knowledge of, LPD, and other relevant data protection laws;

Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, French is an asset;

Available to start in May 2026 for a 10 months period;

Operate autonomously on specific projects or requests, and under the supervision and in

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications;

PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Teams, and SharePoint;

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills;

Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
