We are looking for our client a senior accounts payable accountant immediately available for an initial 6-month contract starting in April.

Our client is a global leading organization with offices in Geneva.

Description

The key responsibilities of this senior accounts payable accountant will be the following:

End?to?end processing and validation of vendor invoices

Review and validation of payment proposals and AP balances

Vendor statement reconciliations and resolution of invoice/payment discrepancies

Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve AP queries efficiently

Identify issues, propose practical solutions, and support AP process improvements

Profile

The Senior Accounts Payable Accountant we are looking for will come with the following background and experience :

Minimum 5 years' experience in Finance, preferably in an accounts payable role

Solid accounting knowledge with strong attention to detail and accuracy

Able to work autonomously in a fast?paced, international environment

Proactive, reliable, and solution?oriented

Fluent English and French
