The team is responsible for the design, delivery, and maintenance of P&C integration services and our P&C data platform, supporting data analysis and AI innovation. As a Product Delivery Associate, you'll be part of an agile cross-functional group - including Cloud Integration Developers, Data Engineers, DevOps Engineers and Product Owners - where you'll drive coordination, enablement, and continuous improvement across tech and business initiatives

What you will do
You drive delivery by planning and running agile ceremonies, maintaining a healthy backlog, and ensuring the team's commitments translate into real outcomes
You take operational ownership, coordinating and supporting release management and incident management to ensure smooth team delivery
You act as the reliable right hand to the Team Lead and the Product Owners, supporting daily activities, preparing presentations, and helping drive team initiatives
You enable execution and project success by tracking scope, timelines, risks, and creating transparency through professional stakeholder management - while being directly involved in initiatives leveraging modern cloud technologies, data analytics, and AI
You take on a variety of tasks as needed, such as business analysis, supporting development, and testing, giving you broad exposure and learning opportunities across the team
What you bring
Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or Business / related field with a strong affinity for IT
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project management, IT business analysis, or scrum master roles; consulting experience is a strong plus
Passion for modern technologies such as cloud, data analytics, and AI, with a willingness to learn and engage in technical topics
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills for direct interaction with different stakeholders
Fluent in English, good knowledge of German is an advantage
