Senior Automation Engineer In Test

Role: Engineering

Rate: $30.00–$30.00 USD/hr

Skills: QA Automation

8 hour overlap with CST is required: 9:30-4:30pm CST

MUST HAVES:

-Minimum 5 years; experience writing Web and API automation using Selenium and C#.

-Experience in deg and writing Automation Frameworks for Web and API from scratch. ****

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills ****

-Proficient in testing client server development environments

-Strong analytical and problem-solving, troubleshooting, debugging skills with attention to detail - ****

-Understanding of unit test frameworks and testing methodologies

-Understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL systems)

-Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team at solving problems. ****

-Working knowledge of software development life cycle methodology, preferably within an agile Scrum environment.

-Eager to test software while leveraging the latest in AI technologies (Cursor.AI)

TECHNOLOGIES YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH:

-Microsoft C# and.NET Core

-Understanding and familiar with Azure pipelines where Automation would be run. Azure DevOps pipelines and releases, Azure App Services, GitHub

-Selenium, Cypress, Playwright

NICE TO HAVES:

-CI/CD pipeline experience (Azure Dev Ops)

-Desktop application experience

-Experience and understanding of cloud development design patterns.
