Your Tasks

Provide legal and strategic advice on compliance topics such as anti-corruption, sanctions, trade compliance, AML, data protection and competition law

Support business units and corporate functions with pragmatic, risk-based compliance guidance for national and international activities

Maintain and further develop the Group Compliance Management System, including policies, controls and reporting

Manage compliance investigations and whistleblowing cases, including coordination of remediation measures with internal stakeholders

Conduct compliance risk assessments and support cross-functional projects with compliance and regulatory requirements

Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness initiatives to strengthen the compliance culture across the organization

With this you convince us

Master's degree in Law or a comparable qualification

Several years of professional experience in compliance, legal or regulatory roles, ideally in an international industrial environment

Solid knowledge of key compliance areas such as anti-corruption, sanctions, data protection, trade compliance and competition law

Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain complex legal topics to non-legal stakeholders

Fluency in English and good command of German; additional languages are an advantage

High integrity, discretion and a structured, solution-oriented working style with strong collaboration skills in international teams
