Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies. Set individual sales targets and track team performance. Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Ensure excellent customer service and handle major client complaints when necessary. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans. Experience managing and motivating a sales team.
