The responsibilities include managing financial records, preparing cost estimates, preparing financial statements, overseeing accounting tasks, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The candidate will also handle administrative activities, coordinate with internal departments, and support operational efficiency. Analytical tasks and accurate financial reporting will be key components of this role. JOB SPECIFICATION Accounting and Bookkeeping: Manages accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, bank reconciliations, and maintains up-to-date financial records. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including cash flow statements, and assists with audits. Budgeting and Compliance: Assists in developing and monitoring budgets, ensuring expenses follow financial policies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Administrative Support: Handles petty cash, expense reimbursements, vendor invoices, data entry, and sometimes provides support for travel or general office management. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and inform decision-making Proficiency in Finance, Financial Statements, and Accounting practices Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and reporting Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing administrative tasks Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field Proficiency in financial software and tools is a plus Previous experience in a similar role is advantageou REMUNERATION Entry- Mid level: 90k-120k Must be within ikeja axis 4-5 times/week, the rest can be HYBRID
