About the Role We are seeking experienced Corporate Bankers with a deep understanding of the Nigerian Foreign Exchange market to join our expanding team. This role is designed for high-performing Relationship Managers who currently manage a portfolio of corporate clients and possess a sophisticated understanding of FX products, hedging strategies, and liquidity solutions. Key Responsibilities • Portfolio Management: Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, providing expert advisory on FX market trends and volatility. • Revenue Generation: Drive FX sales volume through proactive engagement with corporate entities and institutional players. • Strategic Networking: Build and maintain a robust ecosystem of industry contacts to expand the firm’s market reach. • Market Analysis: Collaborate with the trading desk to provide clients with real-time insights and tailored financial solutions. Requirements • Experience: Minimum of 4 years as a Relationship Manager within a commercial or merchant bank in Nigeria. • Domain Expertise: Proven track record of managing Corporate FX portfolios and a strong grasp of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) regulations. • Network: A pre-existing, active book of corporate clients requiring regular FX liquidity or hedging services. • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
