The OrganisationalChange Leadwill play a critical role in shaping and guiding the Irish Blood Transfusion Service (IBTS) through transformationalchange.TheChange Leadwill champion best practices inchangemanagement and organisational development, using structured methodologies, such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotters Model, McKinsey Seven S Model to plan, deliver, and embed sustainablechangewhile supporting people through transition and delivering impactful organisational outcomes. TheChange Leadwill operate in partnership with the PMO, ensuring that assigned organisationalchangeactivities are integrated with the IBTS Project &ChangeDelivery Framework.
