Gaming Creator Scout Specialist

We are seeking for one of our clients a proactive Gaming Creator Scout Specialist to identify, engage, and onboard international English-speaking gaming content creators across platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels. Your role will involve outreach, registration assistance, onboarding guidance, and tracking creator progress to ensure successful platform integration.

Search for gaming short-form content creators on TikTok, YouTube Shorts,  Instagram Reels, and other platforms

Focus primarily on international and English-speaking gaming creators

Reach out to creators and present the Social Shade  platform

Guide creators to join our Telegram and Discord groups  and complete the onboarding process

Track all discovered creators and monitor their statuses  using Google Sheets with provided templates

Utilize a personal referral link to record outreach and  conversion results

Strong understanding of gaming content and short-form video platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and  Instagram Reels

Excellent communication skills in English to engage  international creators

Basic proficiency in using collaboration tools such as  Telegram, Discord, and Google Sheets

Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate  tracking  records

Self-motivated with an ability to work independently

The position is fully remote, and we provide flexible working hours so you can manage your schedule independently.
