Requirements

- Fluency in TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts language
- Comfort working with raw footage and building from scratch
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, CapCut, After Effects, or similar editing software
- Speed, reliability, and creative point of view
