Senior Project Manager (Online Retail Producer)
Description
As a Senior Project Manager (Online Retail Producer), you will be responsible for the operational backbone of a leading technology company's digital retail presence across the APAC region. You will manage the entire digital content execution cycle for New Product Introduction (NPI) launches, ensure the launch calendar is met, and identify potential roadblocks to implement effective solutions. You will also leverage Content Management System (CMS) tools to build content pages from scratch and serve as the internal authority on CMS tools.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 6 + years in digital production, web content management, or e-commerce operations, specifically within consumer electronics or a high-traffic retail environment
- Strong program management capabilities and highly organised, coupled with excellent stakeholder management and partnership capacity
- Expert in project management methodologies (Smartsheet) and tools
- Flexibility and ability to work under ambiguity and uncertainty
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and techy work environment
