WhatsApp Funnel & Catalogue Setup
Description
I want to turn my WhatsApp number into a complete sales funnel for our 40-package driving-lesson offer. Stripe must handle the payments, and the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API will be the backbone for messaging and catalogue hosting.
Messaging flow • Timed automation that greets prospects, answers the usual questions, and presents the package catalogue outside my live-service hours. • Seamless manual override during the hours I specify so I can jump into any chat and keep the conversation personal when I am online. • Simple switch of the status timetable from a dashboard so I can adjust hours without touching code.
Catalogue build • Create a professional, formal-looking catalogue inside WhatsApp showcasing all 40 packages. • Write or import the descriptions and prices I already have on our website • Ensure quick-view prices, a one-tap “Pay with Stripe” link, and automatic order confirmation inside the chat.
Tech & integration notes Stripe → WhatsApp: collect payment, return a woocommerce confirmation, trigger an automatic receipt and booking link. WhatsApp Cloud API: menus, quick replies, and fallback flow for errors. Meta ad entry points, Google Ads, and organic links should all open the same chat funnel with pre-filled tracking parameters so I can see which channel drove the sale.
Deliverables
- Fully configured WhatsApp Cloud API number connected to Stripe with working test transactions.
- 40-item catalogue uploaded, each item complete with photo, description, price, and purchase button.
- Hybrid response logic (timed automation + live override) documented and demonstrated.
- Brief SOP/video showing how I can update catalogue items, photos, prices, and automation hours on my own.
Acceptance criteria • A test user can come from a paid ad, open WhatsApp, browse the catalogue, pay with Stripe, and receive an automated confirmation without manual intervention. • During my set live window I can interrupt the automation, chat normally, and hand control back to the bot. • Catalogue images and layout look clean, consistent, and on-brand—no pixelation, no off-tone icons.
