Restoration Project Manager

Salary: USD 110,000 - 140,000
One of Essel's clients is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Restoration****Project Manager who thrives on ownership, problem-solving, and seeing projects through from start to finish.
In this role, you'll be focused on managing restoration projects end-to-end—overseeing crews and subcontractors, tracking labor budgets and schedules, preparing estimates, and ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time and within scope.
What you’ll do:
- Manage labor budgets, schedules, and timelines
- Coordinate crews and subcontractors
- Prepare estimates, budgets, and cost reports
- Ensure compliance with safety and building codes
- Communicate progress and technical details to clients
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of Project Management experience
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple projects at once
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Xactimate experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Being able to work remotely out of San Jose, CA and travel to client sites and meetings.
