Process Designer - Appian LCNC

Design, model, and optimize enterprise business processes using the Appian low-code platform, collaborating with business architects, stakeholders, and technical teams to build scalable workflows and automate business operations aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and optimize business workflows using Appian Process Modeler
• Create process diagrams and documentation using BPMN 2.0 standards
• Build and configure rules, forms, user interfaces, and reports within the Appian platform
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and architects to refine functional and process requirements
• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend automation opportunities
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments
• Maintain process documentation, workflows, and system updates
• Ensure all implementations comply with enterprise architecture, governance, and development standards
• Assist in process optimization, monitoring, and performance tuning
