Systems Documentation & QA Analyst | Contract
Description
Job Scope: We are looking for a detail-oriented Analyst with hands-on experience in low-code/no-code platform ecosystems, automated workflow analysis, and structured software quality assurance. You will be responsible for reverse-engineering system behavior from existing implementations, producing comprehensive System Requirement Specifications (SRS), and driving rigorous testing cycles from SIT through UAT. This role sits at the intersection of business process expertise and technical analysis — ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between process stakeholders and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities: System Analysis & Documentation Analyze existing system behavior across low-code/no-code environments (e.g., Pega, WorkHub24, or similar platforms) to reverse-document functional logic into structured SRS artifacts. Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions to validate and refine documented system behavior. Apply business process modelling and mapping techniques (BPMN or equivalent) to visualize and communicate system workflows. Testing & Quality Assurance Design and execute test suites grounded in the SRS, covering functional, integration, and regression scenarios. Perform system integration testing (SIT), with a particular focus on workflow automation logic and system interconnections. Log, investigate, and track defects using tools such as Jira, coordinating resolution cycles with developers. Apply structured QA methodologies, including use case writing and scenario-based testing. UAT Support Guide end-users through UAT execution, ensuring test scenarios are clearly communicated and understood. Resolve ambiguities in system behavior and act as a liaison between business users and the development team. Document UAT outcomes and coordinate sign-off. Communication & Collaboration Operate effectively within Agile/Scrum frameworks, including participation in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Produce clear, well-structured documentation (FRS, SRS, process maps) consumable by both technical and non-technical audiences. Coordinate seamlessly between client stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring alignment at every phase. Job Qualifications: Pursuing or holding a Degree in Business Process Management, Information Systems, or a related field is preferable. Demonstrated experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Pega Systems, WorkHub24, UiPath, or similar) — ability to read and interpret automated workflow logic is essential. Hands-on experience in Agile project management, including Scrum ceremonies and user story authoring. Proficiency in Jira for defect tracking and project management. Excellent documentation skills: SRS, FRS, use cases, and process maps. Familiarity with ERP systems (IFS, Blue Lotus 360, or equivalent) and their workflow/integration patterns will be advantageous. Exposure to RPA concepts (UiPath or equivalent) helpful for understanding automation-driven system behavior. Underst
