Description
We're looking for a high-ownership operator to build and run clinician scheduling operations for Medical Groups1099 and W2 provider group.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in consulting, operations, tech, workforce operations or a high-growth environment
- Highly analytical and data-oriented
- Experience building reports or dashboards using spreadsheets and/or BI tools
- Strong communicator
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-accountability environments
