Why is this HR Operations Analyst role different
This role provides broad exposure across the HR enterprise — partnering with Operations, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, analysts, and senior leadership. It offers autonomy, collaboration, and the opportunity to directly support high-impact HR initiatives while working fully remote.
Key highlights
Work Arrangement: Fully remote.
- Hours: 8:00 AM
- 5:00 PM ET (adaptable to all time zones).
- Reports to: VP of HR Ops & Total Rewards.
- Team: 4 teammates; highly collaborative role across the HR enterprise.
Salary range
$65,000
- $68,000 annually.
What you’ll do
- Manage HR budgets and advanced Excel reporting (variance tracking, reconciliations, formulas).
- Provide operational support to HR leadership.
- Own HR Portal content creation, updates, and governance.
- Support scheduling for HR Team meetings, including managing shared mailbox activity.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare decision-ready materials for senior HR leaders.
- Maintain structured documentation, folder governance, and audit readiness.
- Coordinate cross-functional HR activities and follow-up tasks.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, analytics, or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple HR teams.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Solution-oriented mindset with financial and Excel proficiency.
