Adoption Lead (Change Management and Training) - Electronic Health Record

Join our team as Adoption Lead

  • EHR at, shaping the delivery of the Electronic Health Record to ANZ clients and enabling better care. Lead ' overall strategy and planning for change management and training, including tools and artefacts for the Implementation Methodology. Work directly with the EHR Program Director to define, operationalise, and drive execution of the ANZ EHR implementation program.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years' experience in healthcare IT, digital health, or large-scale transformation programs
  • Proven experience leading change management and/or training for EHR/EMR implementations
  • Experience working in a vendor or consulting environment, partnering with health service clients
  • Deep expertise in change management frameworks (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR) and adult learning principles
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations
  • Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders with credibility and confidence
  • High level of autonomy, with the ability to lead workstreams end-to-end
