ABAP Developer (m/f/d) QM, CoA & Multiple Specifications - remote/Frankfurt

We are currently seeking an ABAP Developer (m/f/d) for our client specializing in QM, CoA & Multiple Specifications for an expected duration of 2-3 months with the option to extend. The position is planned as part-time work, with full-time availability depending on the project phase. The project will primarily be conducted remotely, with occasional on-site visits to Frankfurt. Responsibilities include: - Optimizing the CoA process through Multiple Specifications (MS) - The goal is to reduce the maintenance effort for inspection plans in the aerospace sector by integrating Multiple Specifications into the existing custom CoA process. - Extension of the Y-tables: The customer-specific mapping table must be extended by a field for the MS data source. - Logic adjustment: Instead of requiring a separate inspection lot for each customer specification, the system should derive results from a single inspection lot based on the MS mapping. - Dynamic CoA generation: The printing process must be adapted so that the specific limit values ​​of the selected MS are correctly printed on the certificate. - Backward compatibility: The system must continue to function even if no Multiple Specification is configured (hybrid operation). Must Have: - Senior ABAP developer with in-depth QM (Quality Management) experience. - Expert knowledge of inspection planning and the Quality Certificate (CoA) process. - Experience with Multiple Specifications in the SAP standard and their technical implementation in customizing tables. - Ability to collaborate long-term on follow-up projects in the aerospace sector.
