Description

We are currently seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Consultant/Engineer (m/f/d) for our client. This is a part-time position (approx. 50%) until December 31, 2026 (with the option to extend). Your responsibilities will include: configuring and further developing onboarding, offboarding, and crossboarding processes in SAP SuccessFactors; working on international onboarding processes; integrating recruiting and employee central processes; and implementing country-specific requirements. Your responsibilities will include, in particular: - Configuring and adapting business rules for onboarding, offboarding, and crossboarding - Configuring Personal Data Collection and Additional Data Collection - Creating story reports, especially for Additional Data Collection - Configuring all onboarding tasks and process steps - Adapting and optimizing process flows - Customizing email templates - Integrating third-party systems via middleware or Integration Center - Setting up and maintaining onboarding programs for different countries - Configuring document generation and e-signatures - Integrating onboarding with recruiting systems - Integration with Employee Central, including complete master data migration (Optional: Introducing new features such as Alumni Experience or Automatic Hire) Requirements: - Several years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 - Experience in configuring: Business rules, Personal data collection, Additional data collection, Onboarding tasks, Process flow, Mail templates, Document generation - Experience with Integration Center or middleware integrations - Experience in integrating with recruiting systems - Experience in integrating with Employee Central - Experience with international onboarding processes/country-specific programs - SAP SuccessFactors certification (Onboarding 2.0 or Employee Central) - Good German and English skills. Ideally, you also bring the following (nice to have): - Experience with automatic hire - Experience with Alumni Experience - Experience with third-party recruiting integrations (e.g., Onlyfy) - Experience with international SuccessFactors implementations - Knowledge of middleware platforms - Experience with the entire hire-to-retire process in SuccessFactors - Story reporting experience - In-depth knowledge of MDF/business rules.
