Senior PMO / Project Manager (m/f/d) – IT Target Operating Model (TOM)

For our client in the special machinery manufacturing sector with approximately 12,000 employees worldwide, we are looking for a Senior PMO / Project Manager (m/f/d) - IT Target Operating Model (m/f/d) as soon as possible. Start: immediately End date: December (with option to extend) Occupancy: approx. 3 person-days (PT) / week (approx. 60%) Work location: 50% remote / 50% on-site Locations: Primarily Hamburg. Occasional willingness to travel to European hubs (Porto & Pécs) is required. The IT department, with approximately 120 employees in Hamburg, Porto, and Pécs, is undergoing a strategic transformation. To ensure the future viability of our international IT organization, we are implementing a new Target Operating Model (TOM) . For this business-critical project, we are seeking a "Strong PMO" . We are not looking for a mere assistant, but rather the methodological and organizational backbone of the project: an assertive individual who supports the project management, establishes structures, and drives international implementation.
