• Manage group?wide IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and cloud platforms
• Ensure high availability, cybersecurity, and business continuity across sites
• Lead IT support, SLAs, user training, and cybersecurity awareness
• Oversee vendors, licensing, contracts, and annual IT budgets
• Drive IT roadmap and digital transformation initiatives aligned to growth Job Offer

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
• 5-8 years' IT experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong hands?on knowledge of networks, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is a strong advantage
